This Z-art model kit offers a clean, highly accurate replica of the birthplace of famous Czech historian František Palacký. It is a classic historical country house and school from the late 18th century, complete with a separate paper model of the famous town statue.

This 1:150 scale card model shows the building exactly as it stands today. The design focuses on realistic, printed textures and an accurate layout. The large shingled roof and the long shape of the house fit together cleanly. The printed walls feature sharp details, right down to the correctly placed memorial plaques. Along with the main building, the kit gives you everything you need to build a small diorama.

Constructed in 1796 by Jiří Palacký, the farmstead is located on a sloping plot in the center of the village of Hodslavice, near the wooden Catholic Church of St. Andrew. Originally a single-story, basement-less structure built from unfired mudbricks measuring 10.7 × 8.3 meters, it was soon expanded with a 7.7 × 7.2 meter classroom. This brought the total footprint to 18.4 × 8.3 meters.

The building functioned as an evangelical rural school where Jiří Palacký taught until 1820. On June 14, 1798, František Palacký—noted historian, politician, philosopher, and the "Father of the Nation"—was born in house No. 108.

Two memorial plaques on the structure commemorate his legacy: the first unveiled in 1868, and the second in 1898 for the centenary of his birth. The building was declared a national cultural monument in 1978 and currently operates as a branch of the Novojičín Museum. The accompanying bronze statue, an unmistakable landmark of the village square, was installed in 1968 and is the work of academic sculptor Vladimír Navrátil.
