The 12th-century chapel is secluded in a beautiful location in the Vosges Mountains. It originally served as the chapel for the hospital of the Niedermünster Abbey, which was destroyed by fire in 1542. The structure features two superimposed choirs with barrel vaults. The first floor is dedicated to Saint Martin, while the second is dedicated to Saint Michael. Two side staircases lead up to the upper altar.
